Chris Henry Another Product of Failing Society?

The Bengal's Chris Henry has finally reached his goal. He was released from the Bengals the other day. This ONLY happened after numerous episodes with the law. Is he another product of our failing society? Does an individual like Chris get overlooked because of his talent on the field? Shouldn't someone have noticed his problems socially YEARS AGO? This is happening every day yet because someone can run, catch, or hit a ball many sad to say "look the other way". A very sad inditement on our society today!

Turn the hearing aids up Boston!

We heard the gloom and doom as soon as the moves were made to put a winner back in Boston. The media and the fans were lighting up the web sites. This team could not last. The weight of the injury bug and the heavy burden of the natural process called "aging" were sure to take hold. The Celtics could not stand under the pressure of these two heavy monsters that were certain to cause a collapse. Could somebody check to see if they are listening? The big guys have sat on the bench and watched....the others hold the ship together. This was NOT supposed to happen! Most recently the Spurs were set to take the men in green down with Garnett watching helplessly from the bench. It didn't happen. Something is wrong. Somebody is not listening in BOSTON. Will this continue? According to everyone else outside Boston, no. Stay tuned and listen up or tell the Celtics to tune in and listen.
